Keep scope, assumptions, dependencies and technical tradeoffs visible. Review working software against agreed acceptance criteria rather than relying on presentation alone. When priorities change, assess the impact on the release, data, integrations and operating responsibilities before proceeding.
A release needs people who can operate it. Discuss source access, documentation, environment ownership, training and support while the solution is taking shape. The goal is a system with understandable responsibilities and a practical route for maintenance and future change.

Review the critical journeys, exception paths and operational controls against the scope. Prepare deployment, data reconciliation, rollback and user readiness together. Confirm the acceptance evidence and the responsibilities for the production environment before cutover.
Use observed issues and user feedback to prioritize improvements. Keep maintenance, enhancements and new product scope distinct so operational fixes are not lost in a larger roadmap. Revisit dependencies and ownership as the system grows.
