About this notice

This notice explains how the Trelveriq Technologies website handles enquiries and technical information. Contact [email protected] about information you share. A product or project engagement may have separate privacy information.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, organization, region, area of interest and project overview, with a privacy acknowledgment. We use it to review your request, respond and discuss a potential engagement. Share only what is needed for an initial conversation; do not submit passwords, confidential records or sensitive personal information.

Enquiry storage and email

Enquiries are stored in the website’s PostgreSQL database and made available to authorized team members. An email notification is queued for [email protected] using Gmail SMTP. A delivery problem does not remove a saved enquiry. We may record assignment, follow-up notes and the status of the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Website usage and cookies

When enabled, first-party aggregate reporting counts page views by date, page, referral domain, campaign tags, device category and browser family. It does not assign visitor identifiers or claim to count unique people. The reporting respects the browser’s Do Not Track preference. Public pages also use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how the website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga that assign a pseudonymous browser identifier, and Google processes your IP address, device and browser details and page interactions to produce usage reports. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Administrator sign-in uses essential, protected session cookies and optional authenticator cookies. Fonts and media are served with the website.

Protection and operating information

The application uses temporary rate-limit records to reduce abuse. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request details and operational logs. Application error logs exclude enquiry message bodies and credentials. Administrative changes and notification outcomes are recorded in an access-controlled audit log.

Access, providers and retention

Enquiry information is accessible to authorized personnel responding to requests and to the hosting, database and email providers needed to operate the service. Provider processing may occur in another country. Retention depends on the enquiry, continuing relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact the team for the providers and handling relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and requests

You can email the team instead of using the form. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights and applicable limits depend on the relevant law and circumstances. You may contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.
