CAPABILITIES IN CONTEXT

The detail behind
the daily work.

Explore the workflows, records and responsibilities that shape the platform.

01

Sell & serve

A considered counter, connected to the customer journey.

Find a product or sale size, build the basket and complete the supported tender workflow. Counter selling connects receipts, returns, parked transactions, customer records and cash-day responsibilities instead of leaving each activity in a separate tool.

  • Product search, barcodes and sale sizes
  • Counter sales, parked baskets and receipts
  • Returns, customer records and receivables
  • Cash shifts and tender reconciliation
02

Stock & purchasing

Follow the goods and the decisions behind them.

Maintain the catalogue and trace stock through purchasing, receiving and subsequent movements. Units, lots, holds, corrections and supplier records retain their operational meaning, giving the team a foundation for replenishment and reconciliation.

  • Items, product families, codes and images
  • Purchasing, receiving and supplier settlements
  • Lots, stock counts, quality and expiry states
  • Landed costs, replenishment and operational history
03

Online commerce

Bring the storefront into the wider operation.

Publish a branded catalogue and connect the customer’s cart and order with fulfilment work. The implementation includes customer accounts, post-order journeys, reviews and store content. Domain, payment and delivery connections are part of the configuration and acceptance discussion.

  • Catalogue, cart and customer account journeys
  • Store content, domains and discovery
  • Packages, partial fulfilment and returns
  • Delivery states and carrier handover workflows
04

Make & trace

Connect materials, recipes and released stock.

For suitable production businesses, manage recipes and batches from material requirements to finished stock. Review quality and release steps, then trace a lot through the goods and transactions it affects. Industry workflows should follow the actual operation rather than a generic manufacturing checklist.

  • Recipes, versions and material requirements
  • Production batches and release steps
  • Lot traceability and recall workflows
  • Selected food, textile, perfume and assembly scenarios
05

Money & insight

Understand the transactions behind the totals.

Connect operational financial records, bank matching and business reporting with the underlying stock and sales activity. Wholesale workflows, supplier accounts and receivables help the business review its operating position. Statutory reporting and live filing requirements are assessed separately.

  • Operational ledgers and business reports
  • Bank matching and reconciliations
  • Wholesale and customer account workflows
  • Purchasing and stock-to-money visibility
06

Connected intelligence

Useful assistance inside a controlled operating model.

Optional shopping assistance and hybrid search support product discovery and confirmed cart actions within configured gates. English, Malayalam and Manglish scenarios have distinct evaluation needs. Controlled offline packages also support enrolled counters, with queued work and supervised reconciliation.

  • Gated product assistance and search
  • Confirmed cart assistance and optional voice
  • Role-aware forms, tasks and bounded automation
  • Enrolled offline counter packages and review

IMPLEMENTATION & CONTINUITY

Make the introduction
part of the plan.

A useful deployment connects the software, the operating process and the people responsible for it.

01

Map the operating cycle

Walk through an item, a purchase, a sale, a correction and the way money is reconciled. Identify the channels and production steps that matter to your business.

02

Prepare the foundation

Review catalogue quality, units, opening records, roles, tax settings and the systems that remain connected. Agree the configuration and migration scope.

03

Evaluate representative work

Run the important journeys with sample records and actual device needs. Confirm provider boundaries, exceptions, acceptance evidence and operating fallback.

04

Introduce and support

Agree deployment, onboarding, support channels and maintenance responsibilities. Use an explicit acceptance decision before moving business-critical work.

Provider connections, data migration and the operating scope are confirmed for the proposed deployment. Interface concepts illustrate the workflow using representative records.

BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH

Clear questions.
A useful next step.

Which parts can we evaluate in a demonstration?

We can structure the review around counter selling, catalogue and stock, purchasing, storefront/order work, making, reporting and the relevant configured modules. Share a representative operating journey so the walkthrough reflects your business.

Are payments, shipping and tax connections live?

Current source includes these integration workflows, but live payment keys, carrier entitlements and statutory-provider approval are deployment-specific. A development demonstration does not establish live payment settlement or filing approval.

How do the AI and offline capabilities work?

AI assistance is gated by configuration and evaluation. Offline counters use controlled packages, queues and reconciliation; suitability depends on the device, permissions and workflow. Both are reviewed before operational rollout.

Can we review our complete operating workflow?

Yes. Bring a representative product, purchase, sale and fulfilment scenario. We can use these to discuss the relevant modules, configuration, integrations and the introduction plan.
