THE CONNECTED OPERATION

The community record, connected to the responsibility behind it.

Community connects the household register to recurring dues, collections, cash custody and financial review. Its Malayalam-first Mahallu foundation extends into bills, payments, budgets, bank reconciliation, reporting and configurable administration. Review the relevant modules, permissions and opening records for your community.

CAPABILITIES IN CONTEXT

The detail behind
the daily work.

Explore the workflows, records and responsibilities that shape the platform.

01

Households & members

A community record with meaningful relationships.

Keep household and individual identity distinct, with family profiles, member records and controlled import workflows. Permissions around sensitive member information and the expatriate register reflect administrative responsibilities rather than treating every record as a public directory.

  • Household and member registers
  • Family profiles, dues and receipt history
  • Controlled imports and duplicate review
  • Permission-aware member information
02

Dues & collections

From an obligation to a recorded receipt.

Configure recurring dues, review billing runs and follow the collection journey. Collector views connect the family context, outstanding work, receipts and reviewed exceptions. Paper receipt books and donation workflows fit into the same accountability conversation.

  • Recurring billing and family dues
  • Collector and donation workflows
  • Receipts and paper-book controls
  • Scoped supplements and waiver review
03

Cash custody & handover

Know which responsibility moves with the money.

Follow money held by collectors through submission, counting and acceptance. Cash activity, limits and exceptions help the office distinguish a recorded collection from a completed handover. The workflow connects the collector, office and treasurer perspectives.

  • Cash in custody and available balances
  • Submitted and counted handovers
  • Discrepancy and exception review
  • Collector activity and collection reporting
04

Accounts & payments

An operational foundation for the books.

Prepare chart and opening records, review approvals and work through the community’s operating books. Supplier bills, payables, petty cash and advances connect expenditure with the people authorized to record and approve it.

  • Opening records and book activation
  • Supplier bills and payment approvals
  • Petty cash, advances and payables
  • Period controls and financial reports
05

Reconciliation & oversight

Review the records behind the balance.

Import and inspect statements, match bank activity and review cheque workflows where included in scope. Budget controls, spending visibility, audit queries and activity records provide useful review points without implying external audit certification.

  • Bank statement review and matching
  • Cheque workflows and reconciliation
  • Budget approval and spending visibility
  • Audit queries and traceable activity
06

Administration that adapts

Configure the community context deliberately.

Review roles, areas, numbering, catalogues and forms around the way the organization works. Custom fields have a review and history lifecycle. Language, document formats and data ownership are established during onboarding.

  • Roles, areas and access responsibilities
  • Configurable forms and member catalogues
  • Custom-field review and history
  • Malayalam-first administrative context

IMPLEMENTATION & CONTINUITY

Make the introduction
part of the plan.

A useful deployment connects the software, the operating process and the people responsible for it.

01

Understand the community

Map households, people, areas, languages and the responsibilities of administrators, collectors, treasurers and reviewers.

02

Prepare trusted records

Review import mapping, family identity, opening balances, books, dues and approval responsibilities before evaluation.

03

Follow a complete collection

Walk through a receipt, a correction, a handover, a count and reconciliation using representative synthetic records.

04

Agree a controlled introduction

Confirm current module readiness, training, data access, provider channels and the support model before onboarding real records.

The application remains in development. Demonstrations establish the required modules and current behavior; rollout, provider delivery and wider regional coverage are reviewed separately.

BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH

Clear questions.
A useful next step.

What should we bring to a product review?

Bring an anonymized household structure, examples of dues and receipts, the collection-to-handover journey and the roles responsible for the books. Existing opening records and language requirements help define a useful review.

Does Community include financial workflows?

Current development source includes community books, bills and payments, petty cash and advances, bank reconciliation, budgets and period controls. The required modules, configuration and acceptance are established for the proposed rollout.

Is every wider community module released?

No. Current development does not establish a complete release of every welfare, education, life-event, offline or AI scenario. We demonstrate the current relevant workflows and make the rollout boundary clear.

Can the workspace follow our community structure?

We review household relationships, areas, languages, collection responsibilities and approval roles with your team. Configuration, migration and any additional workflows are agreed around the current platform.
