THE CONNECTED OPERATION

The structure of the organization. The detail of its work.

Governance models organizational levels and committee responsibilities, then connects membership, dues, campaigns, cash custody, accounts, meetings and reporting. Permissions and configuration shape what each workspace exposes. A scoped demonstration establishes which modules and operating arrangements fit your organization.

CAPABILITIES IN CONTEXT

The detail behind
the daily work.

Explore the workflows, records and responsibilities that shape the platform.

01

Structure & membership

Connect the person to the organization they belong to.

Model levels, committees, officers and terms alongside membership applications and records. Imports, documents, cards, dependants, nominees and reviewed transfers form part of the current implementation, with permissions scoped to the organization and relevant responsibility.

  • Federations, committees, officers and terms
  • Applications, member records and status
  • Documents, cards, dependants and nominees
  • Reviewed transfers and membership history
02

Contributions & drives

A complete view of the membership cycle.

Configure contribution types, bill dues, allocate receipts and review waivers. Membership drives coordinate enrolment and renewals across local committees, with configured level shares and collection responsibilities. Financial activity remains distinct from platform subscriptions.

  • Funds, contribution types and billing
  • Dues, receipts, credits and waivers
  • Enrolment and renewal drives
  • Pledges, in-kind records and configured shares
03

Campaigns & programmes

Coordinate work across the hierarchy.

Distribute a central campaign to committees below it and aggregate progress through the organizational structure. Programme, beneficiary, wing and specialist modules can be included where they fit the organization and accepted configuration.

  • Central campaigns and committee instances
  • Progress across organizational levels
  • Configured upstream shares
  • Programme and beneficiary workflows
04

Finance & cash custody

Follow the money and the approval behind it.

Connect collector assignments and counted handovers with deposits, account records and finance review. The source includes vouchers, claims, advances, cheques, bank matching, budgets, fixed assets and period controls. Specific accounting settings and operating responsibilities are agreed during implementation.

  • Custody, handovers and bank deposits
  • Accounts, vouchers and approval workflows
  • Bank reconciliation, budgets and assets
  • Period and year-close controls
05

Meetings & continuity

Carry decisions into the next term.

Prepare notices, record attendance and quorum, manage minutes and signatures, and follow resolutions and actions. Committee terms and handovers connect recurring administration with organizational continuity.

  • Meeting notices and attendance
  • Quorum, minutes and signatures
  • Resolutions and action items
  • Committee-term handovers
06

Reporting & administration

Give each role a useful view of the work.

Role-aware dashboards and reporting connect saved filters, generated files, custom definitions and scheduled work. Configuration, access, audit, support and rights-handling modules give the platform an operating context; external assurance and live provider acceptance remain separate.

  • Role-aware dashboards and report catalogues
  • Custom reports, saved filters and schedules
  • Workflow, access and platform configuration
  • Operational support and activity review

ONE CONNECTED JOURNEY

From the first record to the next decision.

  1. 01

    Organize

Establish levels, committees, terms, roles and membership responsibility.

  2. 02

    Coordinate

Connect enrolment, contributions, campaigns, meetings and the flow of operational work.

  3. 03

    Review

Follow custody, approvals, accounts, reporting and handovers across the appropriate boundaries.

IMPLEMENTATION & CONTINUITY

Make the introduction
part of the plan.

A useful deployment connects the software, the operating process and the people responsible for it.

01

Map the organizational model

Define levels, committees, member relationships, terms and the authority of each role.

02

Select the operating workflows

Choose the required membership, contribution, campaign, meeting and finance modules, with the relevant plan/configuration scope.

03

Review real responsibilities

Evaluate ordinary and exception journeys, including a role change, a transfer, an approval and a handover.

04

Prepare the transition

Agree migration, opening records, provider connections, training, acceptance and support before an operational deployment.

Module availability, live payment/messaging providers, migration and deployment readiness require a scoped review. Demo records and local builds do not establish production approval.

BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH

Clear questions.
A useful next step.

Can Governance support more than one organizational level?

The current implementation includes federations, committee hierarchies and scoped roles. The structure and authority rules for your organization are reviewed during discovery and demonstrated against representative workflows.

Are meetings and finance part of the platform?

Current source includes meeting administration, contributions, cash custody, accounts, reconciliation, budgets and reporting. We agree the modules and configuration required for your operating model.

Are payment connections and reporting currencies available?

The source includes payment, reconciliation, refund and reporting-currency workflows. Provider ownership, entitlements, live settlement and the relevant release evidence must be confirmed for the deployment.

Is it a universal compliance product?

No universal compliance or production-approval claim is made. Configuration, operating rules, access responsibilities and any external assurance are established for your organization.
