Understand how people are represented
Clarify the relationship between households, members and community affiliations. A shared phone can belong to more than one person or household context. Ask how identity, changes and previous relationships are represented without silently overwriting the administrative history.
Follow a collection to its handover
A useful review covers collection entry, receipt, reconciliation and the point at which responsibility changes. Ask who can correct an entry, who reviews a handover and how a disputed record can be traced. These are business rules that should be visible in the workflow.
Check language and access together
Evaluate the language used for real tasks, not only the translated menu labels. Review number formats, receipts and validation messages. Confirm what each administrator or collection role may see and how community workspaces are kept separate.
Match the product stage to your risk
Trelveriq Community begins with a Malayalam-first Mahallu administration context and remains in development. Review the currently implemented foundation, known limitations, data migration and acceptance checks before planning any rollout.
Review the administrative responsibility
- How are households, individuals and shared contact details distinguished?
- Who records, reviews and accepts a collection handover?
- What changes when membership, permission or an administrative role ends?
Start with the community structure, language requirements and one collection journey. Evaluate the current development scope with the people responsible for records and review.
